9 LinkedIn Outreach Agencies Worth Hiring in 2026

Most 'best LinkedIn agency' lists are written by an agency that puts itself at number one. This one isn't. NextGen Profiles doesn't run outreach for clients, so we have no spot to claim.

We work with teams that run LinkedIn outbound, so we spend a lot of time around people scaling it. The nine agencies below stood out for how they run campaigns, not for how loudly they market themselves. None of them paid to be here, and being listed doesn't mean they work with us.

The list has two groups: agencies where LinkedIn is the main channel, and multichannel shops that run LinkedIn alongside cold email. Within each group, the order means nothing.

    At a Glance

Where each agency is based, how LinkedIn fits into what it sells, and who it suits best:

    • SalesBread (US): LinkedIn is the main channel. Best for hand-written outreach from your own profile.
    • StraightIn (Manchester, UK): LinkedIn-focused agency. Best for outreach and LinkedIn ads from one team.
    • Media Engine (UK-registered): content, outreach and DM setters. Best for founders who sell on their personal brand.
    • Lux Sales Consulting (North America): LinkedIn is the main channel. Best for financial and insurance advisors.
    • SalesCaptain (London, UK): one service of several. Best for LinkedIn content plus outreach from a larger team.
    • Vanderbuild (Central and Eastern Europe): one channel of several. Best for signal-led outbound built on Clay.
    • B2B Boosted (UK): one channel of several. Best for teams that want to own the system.
    • H2 (Bournemouth, UK): one channel of several. Best for fully managed multichannel outbound.
    • StackOptimise (London, UK): added on higher plans. Best for email-led programmes with LinkedIn on top.

    LinkedIn-First Agencies

These four build their service around LinkedIn itself. Where they use email, it plays a supporting role.

SalesBread: Hand-Written Outreach From Your Own Profile

Best for: B2B teams that want every message hand-written and sent from their own profile.

SalesBread is a small US shop that runs LinkedIn and email outreach together. Each message is researched and written by hand around three things: something the sender and prospect have in common, a genuine compliment, and a question. Connection requests only go to people who have posted in the last month or who share a connection with the client, and nothing goes out until the client approves the copy. Plans run month to month. For Purple.AI, they report 294 leads at a 41% average reply rate.

StraightIn: LinkedIn Outreach and Ads From One Team

Best for: companies that want LinkedIn outreach and LinkedIn ads handled by one team.

StraightIn is a LinkedIn-focused agency founded in 2018, with offices in Manchester and Chicago. Outreach comes in two versions. In the manual track, a named specialist writes every message and no automation touches the account. The automated track uses tools that stay inside LinkedIn's limits. Both run from the client's own profile. For STIR Up Opportunity, they report 204 qualified opportunities and a 3.5x return.

Media Engine: Content, Outreach and DM Setters for Founders

Best for: founders and consultants who sell on their personal brand.

Media Engine runs a founder's LinkedIn presence end to end: posts written for the founder, paid boosts behind the best ones, outreach, and an appointment setter working the founder's DMs. The target they publish is 2 to 4 booked calls a week. One of their cases is a B2B business consultant who, by their account, signed over $600k in 90 days.

Lux Sales Consulting: LinkedIn Appointments for Financial Advisors

Best for: financial and insurance advisors.

Lux Sales works in one niche: financial and insurance advisors who need booked virtual appointments. Clients describe their SLS Framework as LinkedIn automation that fills calendars with virtual meetings, and the site says the approach is compliance-friendly under SEC, FINRA, FFIEC, FTC, IIROC and MFDA rules, which matters in a regulated field. HeyReach's case study on them says their sales team manages about 50 LinkedIn profiles, up from 15 to 20. Lux Sales says it has generated 17,486 qualified appointments for clients.

    Multichannel Agencies That Include LinkedIn

These five run LinkedIn alongside cold email, so LinkedIn is one part of a wider outbound program.

SalesCaptain: LinkedIn Social Selling From a Larger Team

Best for: companies that want LinkedIn content and outreach alongside email, from a larger team.

SalesCaptain is a London outbound agency with more than 80 demand generation staff, working across the US, Canada, the UK, Europe and Asia. Most of their work mixes cold email with LinkedIn. They also sell a separate LinkedIn social selling service: 10 to 12 ghostwritten posts a month, daily personalised messages to target prospects, and a team that books qualified leads into your calendar.

Vanderbuild: Signal-Led Outbound Built on Clay

Best for: teams that want LinkedIn as one part of a signal-driven Clay setup.

Vanderbuild calls its work GTM engineering: outbound across LinkedIn, cold email, intent signals and events, built on Clay. Their Clay credentials are real: they placed first in Europe and second globally at Clay Cup 2025, a live GTM engineering competition. Pricing starts at $1,800 a month (net), with a three-month minimum.

B2B Boosted: Build the System, Then Own It

Best for: teams that would rather own their outbound system than rent an agency.

B2B Boosted builds Clay-based systems that pair LinkedIn outreach through HeyReach with cold email through Smartlead, then hands them over with training. Setup is a one-off fee starting at £4,000, with a 14-day refund guarantee. They were among the first Clay-certified partners in the UK, and HeyReach features one of founder Tim Yakubson's LinkedIn campaigns, at a 45% acceptance rate and a 26% reply rate.

H2: Fully Managed Outbound, With Workshops to Bring It In-House

Best for: teams that want outbound fully managed now, with the option to bring it in-house later.

H2 is run by twin co-founders Ben and Jack Hayward in Bournemouth. Their managed outbound covers email and LinkedIn campaigns at $5k to $8k a month, and they run private Clay and AI workshops for teams that want to build it themselves. In their Ravn case study, the client's co-founder credits H2's outbound with $4M in new pipeline.

StackOptimise: Email-Led Outbound With LinkedIn on Top

Best for: email-led programmes that want LinkedIn layered on top.

StackOptimise, a London-based agency run by brothers Felix and Penn Frank, builds signal-based outbound on Clay. LinkedIn comes in on the higher tiers: the Elite plan lists 1,200 LinkedIn connects across three profiles, and Enterprise lists 2,400 across six. Their BePro case shows the signal approach in action: the campaign was built around a government funding scheme for corporate training.

How to Choose a LinkedIn Outreach Agency

Five questions sort most agencies quickly:

    • Whose profile sends? Most agencies run campaigns from your profile or your team's. Ask how many profiles they'll use and what happens if one gets restricted.
    • Manual or automated? Hand-written outreach suits short, high-value lists. Automation suits volume, as long as activity stays inside LinkedIn's limits.
    • Who writes and approves the copy? The careful agencies send nothing you haven't signed off.
    • Managed or handed over? Some agencies run outbound for you indefinitely. Others build the system and train your team to run it.
    • What does a meeting cost? Compare retainers against the meetings you can expect, not against each other, and ask what planning assumptions sit behind that number.

Why Outreach Teams End Up Running More Than One Profile

LinkedIn caps how many invitations a single profile can send each week (our connection request limits guide has the numbers). Once a campaign works, the way to grow it is more senders: more of the team's own profiles, or extra accounts run alongside them. That's why agency tools like HeyReach are built around managing many senders from one inbox. If you run outreach in-house and need more sending capacity, that's what NextGen Profiles provides.

    About This List

We wrote this list independently. No agency paid to be included or was asked for anything in return, and inclusion doesn't mean an agency works with us. Details come from each agency's own website and HeyReach's published case studies, as of October 2026, and results are as the agencies report them. Run an agency that belongs here? FAQ

What does a LinkedIn outreach agency do?

It runs LinkedIn prospecting for you: building the target list, writing connection notes and follow-up messages, sending them from your profile or your team's, and handing over or booking the conversations that turn positive. Some also run email alongside LinkedIn, write your LinkedIn content, or manage LinkedIn ads.

How much does a LinkedIn outreach agency cost?

Pricing models vary. Among the agencies above, Vanderbuild starts at $1,800 a month (net) with a three-month minimum, H2's managed outbound runs $5,000 to $8,000 a month, and B2B Boosted charges a one-off setup fee starting at £4,000 to build a system your team then runs. Compare what each fee is expected to produce in meetings, not just the fee itself.

Should I hire a LinkedIn outreach agency or run outreach in-house?

An agency gets you running faster and brings tested copy and processes. In-house gives you more control and is usually cheaper once volume is steady. Many teams start with an agency, or with one that builds the system and hands it over, then bring outreach in-house. If you run it yourself, our scaling playbook covers the setup.
